Is there a way to change spindown time on WD40EZAZ HDD? I want to set spindown time to very short. I wonder if this can be done with WDMarvel?

I tried Marvel demo but I have errors when I select Edit config file. It is drive compativile with Marvel?



I didn't tried Wdiddle but from what I read it only changes head parking timer not spinning down. I want drive to completly spin down. Not only head parking.

From what I read there are factory unlocked pcb's? So there's a chance to buy same model with factory unlocked pcb? Am I right?
