After "deal with slow respoding" disk lost capacity and serial number...

Hello all. In the time of using "deal with slow responding" disk WD30EFRX 3TB in the end of operation was displayed "error with writing buffer" and disk lost capacity and serial number. I can't do something, RAM looks like empty, ROM is ok... Some advices what I should do to repair it? I'm not proffesional, but something I understand... Thanks in advance for some answers, disk almost new and it's pity losting him...

Did you manage to make a backup?

Shame on me... not. I was thinking this will be fast and simple operation after reading posts about it... This means disk is completely dead?

Check the modules, make a backup copy of the remaining one.
Find the 02 module from the same version.
Edit your own data.
You need a full version of the program to work with sa

Yeah, all done - I took almost identical FW (serial no. was another), from damaged disk backup I had complete files in catalog PZU/modules, I changed new with them, but file flash.bin was damaged from original backup. Whole catalog modules outside catalog PZU is new, from downloaded backup of another disk. Now, I can make partition on disk, but I can't format it. I changed too in config file good memory size (64mb) and I don't know what I can do more... still formatting not working. Of course I have full version of WDMarvel...
I made head tests, all ok, working... but I think some logical problem still exists...
EDIT: LBA map not built... trying to do it...

Does FW starts normally, can you see model and serial when press Detect after drive power on?
