Last month I had purchased a one-month license, mainly to know more about WDMarvel and their capabilities and features.
I was very satisfied about the features of the software.
In the folllowing days I am planning to buy again but my main questions are the following:
1) For running the licensed version, I suppose that I have to download the current WD Marvel free demo again, and then apply to it the license keys obtained from you. Is this correct?
2) My actual password to access the forum is the first Key of my first purchase. For my next purchase, I will receive new Keys. Should I sent email to update my new access to the forum, or should I need to register again? I would like to continue using my forum username.

May be i have mail problems /but i doubt/, or the support team notihng is doing ?
I sent some letters to support to change my keys , because wdmarvel says that i use one key with another copy ot the program. Support offer me to change my keys - nothing yet !
if you sent them - I did not receive them. I gave you another e-mail to receive, ie not to my default address

I am about to give up using the program.
Please pay attention to what is happening. I don't believe you can't understand where the program's connections to this key come from. Please find out where vdmarvel connects to my keys.
I can give remote access to see what is happening and what is the reason for this. The machine is freshly reinstalled.
My last attempt was today in 16:38 Bulgarian time – the same result – two copies with same key !
