From what email address do you pay?

I got an email from somebody else on that email address about WDMarvel and replied to it; but, I don't think it is smart to be posting email addresses on this or any other forum.

I got that email, registered the software, and it is quite impressive; but, it was unable to do the only thing I need right now which was to remove the ATA password from a WD5000AADS-00S9B0. When I try it, it says "Unknown format of module ID02" and fails.
Should I start a new thread for that or continue here?

Format of 02 from this drive is 100% known
Do you disabled controller channel, on which drive is connected, in Windows device manager?
If you press detect button, program detect drive correctly?

Yes, the drive is detected correctly in WDMarvel and it is WDMarvel which reports it as password protected.
No; though, I did not disable the channel it is connected to in the device manager.
WDMarvel says it is FW version 01.00A01 and that it is Family Dragon Fly 1 (Royl)

Method 2

Yes, I tried both methods and get the error using method 2. SMART also reports the drive is OK using either HDTune (on a different PC) or WDMarvel. The box I am running WDMarvel on is running Windows XP with no antivirus.
