Problem with WD Marvel Demo

Disabling drive, WDMarvel state stays the same (RDY, DSK).
Powering off, WDMarvel state stays the same (RDY, DSK).
Grounding, powering on, WDMarvel state is BSY for a moment, then becomes AMNF (other are gray), drive doesn't spin up.
Disgrounding, WDMarvel state stays the same (AMNF).
