Full access to the forum?

Newly purchased a one month key. I am listed as a Registered Member, but I can't see anything in the members' areas yet. Does anything else need to be done to get access?

I purchased 1 month EN Standard License on June 15th and received the keys but I still do not have access to the private sections.

I have already sent several emails with my forum username as per instructions:

To access the private sections of the forum, reply to the email indicating your preferred username in the forum.

Please help.

If You can contact me by PM or email, I have this emergency (sorry, I'm noob):
I have a drive (WD40nmzw usb) with damaged PCB. So I got the same model, switched PCB and the ROM chip (8pin 25Q40...) and now Windows recognize it as HDD, but I can't see any partition. What should I do now? In WDMarvel I can detect it, read ROM and SMART, calibrate servo, but mostly everything else does an error... ( "Error determining head count", "Error reading module Dir, state - Data size 0" etc.). WDMarvel acts same when I try it with a fully functional drive...

This is SpyGlass with all VSC commands locked
As I know you need unlocked PCB to work with this drive

Now I'm still waiting activation for the forum. email sbforce@gmail.com
I would expect that i month subscription on forum will start once activated
and not as date of purchase.
