No, I can't get access (I dropped 2 e-mails about that to support@wdmarvel.com). My preferred username is "karpatis" (which is already registered by me).

I've sent several e-mails from gmail and my own server, confirmed to be received by wdmarvel.com mail server but no replies.

My 30 days license soon to be expired and all what I managed to do is to kill one 1TB drive rom (will fix with external programmer though).
I find it incredible that even manual on how to refurbish drive is not available to licensed users in some other way than via forum.
