Full access to the forum?

I hope you guys are doing well.
Yesterday I bought a months license, and replied to the email with the keys stating what username to activate. In this case the forum account already existed (I had bought another license last summer, and tried replying to the support@ email back then with two different usernames which in the end were never given permission to see the restricted pages).
I heard nothing back and my user is still not enabled. Could you please give me the required permissions?

If needed for verification, my licence keys are those who begin with 2E9C18CF and CB7D80EF. The email is the same as this same forum account.

Hello.
I bought a 1-month license for the program, I received 2 keys. The first key (93911D8B....) registered the program but did not work as a forum password. After changing the password to first key, no access to the program users forums.

Hi I have purchased this software and not yet been given access to the rest of the forum. Any idea how long this takes? I've sent 2 emails plus the one replying to the license keys to activate the forum for mldr
