problem starting the program

I purchased the license
But I can't start and the demo remains on the loading screen and this error appears in another window

hi can anyone reply, I have not yet been enabled for topics reserved for forum members, I don't know if the problem starting the demo is due to a configuration problem, I used both win 10 64bit with starting the .bat, and win 10 32bit, same error, I purchased the license but I can't insert the key if demo no start, any advice would be appreciated...

To start the driver in the x64 version of Windows 7, 8, 10, run TestModeOn.bat file as administrator and restart the computer.
reduce version 10, perhaps new updates block the transition to “test mode” (inscription in the corner of the screen)

Run Command Prompt as Administrator (how to do this).
Enter the command bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON. and press Enter.
You will see a message indicating that the operation was completed successfully.

I tried with Win 7 32bit
Now on Win10 32bit

but same error

Should the key.ini be created? I don't have this file in the program folder

To log in to the forum section, is the key 1 that I received in the email as password?
